Constructive Criticism

Constructive criticism that is specific and optimistic gives the employee the direction and trust that they are capable of doing a job they are hired to do to perform the task. As the expectations and trust builds in the relationship the confident staff is relied on to do the job as needed with positive feedback both will be happier in their career.
